Piano Repertoire with Mary Holzhauer

Mary Holzhauer, Instructor

Are you looking for an opportunity to dive deeper into your current piano repertoire and learn to understand it as a performer? Do you feel isolated as a pianist and want to learn with like-minded piano enthusiasts?
These classes will give you an opportunity to learn about the repertoire of the piano, the composers that wrote for it, how it was composed, and how we as pianists can learn to communicate through our playing. Listen to the pieces other students are learning and share your favorite pieces and practice tips with others. Explore aspects important to performers, such as practical theory, formal analysis, historical context, and performance practice.
