Opus Ithaca School of Music is a non-profit music school located in the lower level of St. Paul’s United Methodist Church at the corner of Court and Aurora Streets in downtown Ithaca.  We strive to create a positive environment for all to study and appreciate great music!

Private Lessons

Our professional faculty offers private instruction in a variety of instruments for ages 5 to 86, beginners to advanced. Openings still available!

Classes / Ensembles

Opus Ithaca wants people to make music together. Opus Ithaca wants people to learn about music. We offer opportunities for all levels in chamber music, jazz groups, choral singing, flute ensemble, music theory and ear training.

Our Faculty

Instructors at Opus Ithaca are all professional musicians with extensive experience and education. Most importantly, they are good and kind people, motivated to inspire students to achieve their musical goals.

at Opus Ithaca/St. Paul’s United Methodist Church (402 N. Aurora St. Ithaca)
