Piano instruction

Pianist Ryan Reilly began his studies in Albany, NY with Anikó Szokody and holds Bachelors and Masters degrees from the Juilliard School, a Master Soliste from the Haute École de Musique de Genève and a doctorate (DMA) from the Peabody Institute, studying with Julian Martin, Dominique Weber, and Leon Fleisher. Having concertized throughout the United States, France, Spain and Switzerland, Ryan’s accolades include the first prize, audience prize and best performance of a Spanish composer at the 2017 Frechilla-Zuolaga International Piano Competition in Valladolid, Spain, and the Prix Georges Filipenetti. He has appeared as a soloist with the Orquesta Sinfonica de Castilla y Leon, the Schenectady Symphony Orchestra, the Orchestre of the HEM. Ryan is currently a Visiting Lecturer at Cornell University, where he also accompanies the Glee Club and the University Chorus, and has taught at the 92nd St Y, Colege du Leman (Versoix, Switzerland) and the Gilman School.
